You can access your email using a variety of clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, iOS and Android. For help with specific clients, see [1].
It is recommended to set up your email client using the IMAP protocol, although Microsoft's Exchange ActiveSync may work better with Outlook.
IMAP setup

- Server: mail.dlnet.org
- Port: 143
- Security: STARTTLS (alternatively, you can use SSL/TLS with port 993)
- Authentication: use your full email address and password
